Aprilia’s Board Reduced to Three
The board of directors of Aprilia SpA has been reduced to three, including one member who apparently came from the camp of Piaggio’s president, Roberto Colaninno.
Candido Fois and Franco Cattaneo have been appointment president and CEO, respectively. The third board member, Mario Ferrero, is a former manager of Italian telecom holding company Olivetti and a current consultant for Colaninno’s holding company IMMSI.
