Consumer sues Polaris for issues with RZR

A Chapmanville, West Virginia, man is suing Polaris Industries for alleged breach of warranty, reported by the West Virginia Record. Terry Belcher purchased a 2014 Polaris RZR 900 in September 2014. Belcher has requested a trial by jury and seeks a refund of the purchase price of the RZR and "all other reasonable expenses."
