ADP Dealer Services launches initiatives

Automatic Data Processing Inc.’s Dealer Services arm has released five new products to enhance and extend its current dealer offerings.
The Network Video solution is an open standards, IP-based operations center that unifies all dealership video into a single command and control center and leverages dealership investment in its data and voice network. Dealers can access the images from any secure PC connection whether it is at the dealership or another remote location with Internet access.
ADP’s new Third-Party Access program aims to securely expand on its Open API Program with three levels of security and access to dealership data to choose from for third-party access.
The new Digital Marketing suite includes solutions for digitally marketing every profit center in a dealership, maximizing search engine placement to generate more qualified organic leads and customer communication tools to follow up and close more sales opportunities.
ADP hosts dealer phone systems at an offsite data facility with its Network Phone ASP solution. ADP provides the phones, phone lines, local and long distance phone service, equipment and software upgrades and daily maintenance for the entire system.
The company’s Decision Support Premier is an advanced suite of financial analysis and reporting tools, including multi-store reporting, tracking and forecasting capabilities. The Premier complement’s ADP’s w.e.b.Suite DMS, released last summer.
