Frazier To Head IJSBA

Scott Frazier, a California sports and entertainment lawyer, has been named managing director of the International Jet Sports Boating Association (IJSBA). Frazier replaced Biorn Tangeland, who will reportedly continue to consult with the association.
Frazier has been a member of the IJSBA as well as a competitor since 1992. He had been elected as the first IJSBA racer representative earlier this year.
“My goal is to build a sustainable future for the IJSBA and the sport of Personal Watercraft Racing by concentrating on three individual canons: improved communication, predictability, and cost control,” he said.
Amy Green, the 2004 Womens Runabout World Champion, has been appointed to fill the void as interim racer representative. A permanent rep will be chosen at the board’s 2006 elections.
