CFMOTO 675SR-R named official motorcycle for 2027 WorldWCR season
CFMOTO’s 675SR-R sportbike will become the official motorcycle for the FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship (WorldWCR) beginning with the 2027 season, the company announced recently.

The agreement with the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) and Dorna WSBK Organization (DWO) marks the first time a Chinese motorcycle manufacturer has been selected as the designated supplier for an FIM world championship-level one-make series, according to CFMOTO.
Established in 2024, WorldWCR features female riders competing on identical motorcycles, placing the emphasis on rider skill and providing a platform to evaluate motorcycle performance. The championship operates under the WorldSBK umbrella alongside the Sportbike, Supersport and Superbike series.
CFMOTO said the model has also competed in the British Superbike Championship over two seasons, earning a podium finish in its debut season. The company said that result made it the first Chinese-built production motorcycle to reach the BSB podium.

Development of the 675SR-R involved CFMOTO’s technical partnership with the Aspar team, which competes in Moto2 and Moto3. Aspar riders and technical staff participated in testing and development, according to the manufacturer. For the 2027 WorldWCR season, CFMOTO plans to provide race motorcycle preparation, parts supply and on-site technical support.
The appointment expands CFMOTO’s international racing presence and gives the brand a higher-profile role in a world championship series. For dealers, the program could provide additional exposure for the 675SR-R and CFMOTO’s broader sportbike lineup as the manufacturer continues to build recognition.
