Seat Concepts acquires Quad Tech-ATV

Seat Concepts, a premium aftermarket motorcycle seat maker, announced the acquisition of Quad Tech-ATV. The two companies have had a long time association, with Seat Concepts providing production and design services to Quad Tech’s ATV market. Seat Concepts plans a major influx of development and resources for the Quad Tech line, including expanding into the side-by-side market. Quad Tech’s operations will move to the San Jacinto, Calif., facility.
