IMMSI denies plans to sell Piaggio
IMMSI SpA, holding company that owns 56 percent of Piaggio, says it denies the sale of Piaggio or the arrival of new investors with whom to jointly manage the company, according to Thomas Financial News.
The weekly Milano Finanza had said earlier Roberto Colaninno, Piaggio’s chairman, could be tempted to reach an alliance with a foreign motorbike group or sell the company.
