Maxxis B2B site up and running

Maxxis has introduced a new business-to-business Web site, where the company’s U.S. customers have increased options for online ordering, payments, order tracking and other functions.

The site, MaxxisLink.com, allows customers to check inventory in real time or place an order and track it online at any time of day. Customers also can access financial information, including reprints of invoices and packing lists, in addition to making online payments. The site has an up-to-date shipment history of MaxxisLink orders and an easy-to-use order template that lets customers save often-used info.

MaxxisLink has attracted a number of the company’s distributors since its launch in fall 2006, with more signing on every day, said Jim Lentini, project manager.

“Most of our customers find the site easy to use,” Lentini said. “As with any implementation, questions arise, and our customer service team is there to support them.”
