Polaris CEO contract extended
Polaris Industries Inc. has renewed and extended Chief Executive Officer Tom Tiller’s employment agreement. The new agreement runs through 2008.
Tiller, 45, joined Polaris as its president and chief operating officer in 1998 after 15 years in various management positions with General Electric Corporation. Tiller became Polaris’ president and CEO in 1999 and served in both roles until April 2005, when Bennett Morgan was promoted to president and chief operating officer. Tiller will also continue to serve on the Company’s Board of Directors.
“Polaris has performed well during Tom’s tenure to date and the board of directors and I have the utmost confidence in his abilities to continue to successfully lead Polaris in the current uncertain economic environment,” said Greg Palen, Polaris chairman.
