Kawasaki Heavy Industries will be setting up a plant in India where the OEM will manufacture, sell and import motorcycles for the Indian market, according to a company report.
The new plant will require an outflow of close to 50 million R units. The statement also says the company plans to establish its new unit in the western part of the country in association with its partner Bajaj Auto Ltd.
