CFMOTO reveals Ibex 950 ADV with 112 hp for $12,499
CFMOTO is expanding its adventure motorcycle lineup for 2027 with the new Ibex 950, adding a larger-displacement option above the Ibex 450 and Ibex 800 E.

The new flagship adventure model combines a 946cc parallel-twin engine with fully adjustable KYB suspension, Brembo brakes and a long list of standard rider-focused technology. The Ibex 950 will be available starting at $12,499 in Tactical Green or Nebula Black.
According to a preview from Rider Magazine, the Ibex 950’s liquid-cooled 946cc parallel-twin produces a claimed 112 hp at 8,500 rpm and 77.5 lb-ft of torque at 6,250 rpm. A six-speed transmission is paired with an up/down quickshifter.
Standard electronic features include multiple ride modes, cruise control, tire-pressure monitoring, cornering ABS and traction control. At $12,499, the Ibex 950 undercuts many established European adventure models while delivering more than 110 horsepower, premium Brembo and KYB components, 21/18-inch wheels and a substantial electronics package.
Adventure-focused chassis
The Ibex 950 uses a tubular steel frame with an aluminum swingarm and fully adjustable KYB suspension. The 48mm front fork and rear monoshock each provide a claimed 9 inches of travel.

The adventure bike rolls on 21-inch front and 18-inch rear spoked wheels fitted with Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tires. Braking hardware includes Brembo components and dual 320mm front discs.
A 5.9-gallon fuel tank is designed to provide extended range, while the bike has a claimed wet weight of 489 lb and a 34.3-inch seat height. The Ibex 950 also features a 22-position adjustable steering damper and adjustable windscreen.
Standard touring equipment
CFMOTO has equipped the Ibex 950 with several features aimed at longer-distance adventure and touring riders, including heated grips, a heated seat, hand guards and full LED lighting. An 8-inch vertical TFT touchscreen display provides the rider interface, while two USB sockets are included for charging electronic devices.

For dealers, the Ibex 950 gives CFMOTO a higher-displacement ADV offering positioned to attract riders seeking more performance and equipment without moving into the highest-priced segment of the adventure market.
The 2027 CFMOTO Ibex 950 starts at $12,499 and will be offered in Tactical Green and Nebula Black. Availability is set for 2027, with CFMOTO expected to provide additional market-specific availability details soon. The company is holding its dealer-only meeting in Minneapolis this week and has rolled out a few new models that we will be covering.
