Indian dealership opens in New Mexico

The first bike sold by the store was ready to roll within 90 minutes.

Indian Motorcycle of Albuquerque opened its doors to customers for the first time at 10 a.m. Tuesday.

Within two hours of opening, the dealership saw 75 people in the showroom and made its first apparel sale and P&A sale, according to the dealership’s Facebook page. The first bike sold was a 2015 Indian Chief Roadmaster, purchased by Alex Quintana around 11:30 a.m., reported the Albuquerque Journal.

The dealership is owned by cousins Mike Gaillour and Louis Herrera.
