Dealership gets new owner

Performance Brokerage Services announced that David Pearson, owner of Green Mountain Harley-Davidson of Essex Junction, Vt., has purchased Santa Fe Harley-Davidson from owner Danny Spurlock. The acquisition will continue to be named Santa Fe Harley-Davidson.

The transaction was facilitated by George Chaconas, with a seller looking to semi-retire and relocate to Florida and a buyer looking to expand and grow through acquisitions.
