Worldwide Rentals Plans Web Site Launch

Worldwide Renatals, a division of MBA Holdings Inc., Scottsdale, Ariz., said it is prepping for the launch this month of its Internet portal which will feature a modern browser-based vehicle reservation system. The integrated Web site is similar to those some Internet travel Web sites, the company said.

MBA said its representatives have contacted hundreds of dealers nationwide to sign up dealers for the WorldWide Rental network. The company said it is “close” to signing several OEMs to participate in the program but has not contracted with any OEM to date.
