S&S Opens New Facility
S&S Cycle began operating out of its new facility in La Crosse, Wisc. on August 11, yet the official opening ceremony took place last week.
More than 500 people attended the opening, including S&S Chairman of the Board, George Smith; S&S President, Brett Smith; Mayor of La Crosse, John Medinger; La Crosse Area Development President, James Hill; La Crosse Area Chamber of Commerce President, Dick Granchalek.
Serving as an addition to the S&S headquarters in Viola, Wisc., 40 minutes east, the La Crosse site will house a new distribution center, and provide space for the company’s new endeavors, which, according to Brett Smith, include powder coating, polishing, and the manufacturing of frames and billet components.
S&S supplies components and/or engines to more than 25 motorcycle companies, including American Ironhorse, Arlen Ness, Big Bear Choppers, Big Dog, BMC, Bourget Bike Works, Hellbound Steel, Swift, Titan, Ultra, Vengeance and Victory.
