Monday relaunches with new ‘tough and reliable’ e-bike range
Just a few months after being acquired, e-bike manufacturer Monday Motorbikes made its relaunch official with the announcement of a new brand identity, a sharpened market position and the debut of its newest model, the Shavano.

The relaunch marks the brand’s first major milestone under Monday Mobility Group, a portfolio company of Volara Holdings, which acquired Monday in June, and is backed by a coordinated rollout to independent dealers across the U.S. The relaunch follows a 90-day teardown and rebuild of the brand, from its logo and visual identity to its product story, website, dealer program and retail experience.
Monday is now headquartered in Eugene, Oregon, and has narrowed its lineup to three purpose-built models: the Anza, the Antero and the new Shavano.
Monday vehicles are now heavier and sturdier than your average e-bike, the company says. And rather than leading with lightweight or eco messaging, Monday is leading with toughness and reliability, positioning its motorbikes as everyday machines built to be ridden hard and relied on daily.
“Monday has always built bikes that could take a beating, but the brand never told that story,” says Dwayne Lum, CEO of Monday Mobility Group. “We rebuilt everything around one honest idea: these are workhorses with soul. They’re built to last, and that’s exactly what our riders and dealers have been asking for.”
Introducing the Shavano
The Shavano is Monday’s new lifestyle cruiser and the first model designed from the ground up under the rebuilt brand. The Shavano pairs relaxed, upright cruiser ergonomics with the same heavy-duty construction that defines the rest of the lineup. It is built for riders who want an electric motorbike they can ride every day, from the morning commute to a weekend cruise, without babying it.
Key Shavano features include:
- Motor: 750W Bafang H640 rear hub motor.
- Battery: 48V 20Ah, UL certified, with a five-hour charge time. Removable and swappable with unique keyed lock.
- Range: Advertised range of 50+ miles per charge.
- Top speed: 28 mph. Class 2 eBike
- Frame, suspension and brakes: Aircraft-grade aluminum frame, adjustable front suspension, hydraulic brakes.
- Tires and wheels: Spoked wheels
- Lighting: LED headlight, taillight, brake light, turn signals, and reflectors;
- Ergonomics: Adjustable seat post, padded spring saddle, raised handlebars, and an eight-speed derailleur.

The Shavano is available now through authorized Monday dealers and its website, mondaymotorbikes.com, with an MSRP of $2299.
A focused three-model lineup
Monday’s three-model lineup includes:
- Anza – the urban and street machine, with classic cafe racer proportions
- Antero – the dirt, adventure and dual-purpose model, with full suspension for trail and backroad riding
- Shavano – the lifestyle cruiser, built for comfortable everyday riding
Built for dealers, backed by service
Monday says it is rolling out the relaunch, market by market, through a geo-targeted dealer program, giving independent powersports and e-bike retailers a complete launch package. Dealers receive a retail launch kit, product spec sheets, a dealer prospect folder, sales programs, and co-branded marketing support. Retailers interested in becoming an authorized Monday dealer can learn more on Monday’s website.
