Collin Austin, owner of New Scooters 4 Less (NS4L) in Gainesville, Florida, previews his seminar at the 2019 Powersports DEALER Seminars @ AIMExpo: “#WHODAM — Learn How to Create Exceptional Experiences That Make Your Customers Go “WHOA… DAMMMM!”

Austin is an AIMExpo veteran as a dealer attendee, but this year he is grabbing the mic to share his insights on how doing things differently has helped his dealership thrive.
