Kubota names Kowalski vice president of information technology
Kubota Tractor Corporation has appointed Charlie Kowalski as vice president of information technology for its U.S. operations, where he will lead the company’s enterprise technology strategy and IT organization as it continues to expand its business.

In his new role, Kowalski will oversee Kubota’s enterprise technology platforms and drive initiatives designed to improve efficiency through automation, integration and process simplification. His responsibilities will include oversight of the company’s ERP systems, including SAP, supply chain technology, IT service management and human resources platforms.
“Charlie brings a proven ability to lead complex, enterprise-wide transformation and deliver meaningful business impact,” says Alex Woods, president of Kubota Tractor Corporation. “His deep expertise in ERP and SAP platforms, combined with his global leadership experience, will play a critical role as we continue to enhance our technology capabilities and support our U.S. operations.”
Kowalski joins Kubota with extensive experience leading enterprise technology initiatives at several Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, he served as senior director of product and enablement at ServiceNow. He previously held senior IT leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, where he led global operational excellence initiatives, and PepsiCo, where he managed enterprise SAP and supply chain transformation programs.
Throughout his career, Kowalski has led global teams responsible for modernizing enterprise application ecosystems, improving operating models and accelerating technology deployments across complex organizations.
Kubota said Kowalski’s appointment supports the company’s ongoing efforts to align technology investments with business strategy while strengthening operational performance across its U.S. operations.
