Talley most recently served as senior director of product management, quality and continuous improvement. In his new role, he will oversee supply chain, assembly, quality, parts, warehousing, customer service and technical support.
“As we continue to strengthen our operational capabilities, his leadership will be critical in helping us build greater consistency and reliability across the business,” CEO King Dai comments.
The promotion comes as HISUN expands across dealer and retail channels, with a focus on product readiness, inventory flow and cross-functional coordination.
Talley has more than 20 years of experience spanning product development, operations and commercial leadership. In his previous role, he worked across product definition, assembly operations and field performance, helping address internal process gaps and improve coordination.
“We’re building a more connected and accountable system across product, brand, go-to-market and operations,” says Charles Kim, chief product and marketing officer. “Allen’s role is critical in strengthening how we execute across that system.”
Company leadership emphasized that the expanded role is designed to improve execution across the full ownership lifecycle — from manufacturing and product readiness to parts availability and field service support.
Talley said his focus will be on building more consistent and scalable processes. “There is a clear opportunity to improve how we operate and how we support our dealers, retail partners and customers,” he says.
The move reflects a broader effort by HISUN to better align operations with product, sales and marketing as the company continues to grow its presence in the U.S. market.
