Report: Polaris sues Arctic Cat re: UTV technology

The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal today reported that Polaris “has filed at least two federal lawsuits alleging that is patented technology is being used by Minnesota rival Arctic Cat.”

The lawsuit, according to MSPBJ, says the Wildcat violates two Polaris patents. The report also notes that Polaris “filed a similar suit against Arctic Cat over a different side-by-side patent late last year.”
