Loyalty program to boost dealer marketing tools, customer engagement
News release
More Than Rewards, providers of web-based loyalty and digital marketing solutions to the motorcycle and powersports industry, is relaunching their flagship Rider Rewards brand this month.
Already in use by over 1,000 dealers across North America, the Rider Rewards loyalty program integrates with popular dealer management systems such as Talon and Light Speed as well as all dealer website providers. More Than Rewards intends that the new version of Rider Rewards will provide new and existing dealers innovative marketing tools to boost customer engagement.
According to the company, major additions to the brand include:
– A new riderrewards.com website for consumers and dealers.
– Updated point-of-purchase materials like countertop mats, banners, brochures and parking signs.
– A Rider Rewards mobile app launching January 2016.
– Interactive countertop keypads built on Apple iPad technology.
Customers of dealers can use the upcoming Android and iOS mobile application to “check-in” via GPS and earn virtual sweepstakes entries towards a monthly Amazon gift card drawing hosted by More Than Rewards. The company also explains that customers can currently check-in to dealers by entering their phone numbers on Rider Rewards touchscreen keypads mounted near dealers’ cash registers — a familiar process found at many other retailers.
More Than Rewards would like to make clear that a dealer does not need be using the Rider Rewards loyalty program to implement the keypad or app, but there are many advantages to use all the tools together.

Great to see more effort put towards mobile for the powersports industry. My company, 7 Media Group, has been fortunate to work with dealerships all across the country for more than 6 years providing extensive mobile marketing solutions. We’ve managed a tremendous amount of very successful mobile campaigns and practices. The mobile kiosks, counter tablets, we deployed about 3 years ago has shown huge success for driving new customer engagement as well as off-site acquisition. With the geolocation services we’ve employed tied to our SMS system and our new mobile app opens the door to so much more for dealers of all sizes and locations. The more conversation out there on mobile the better it will serve the powersports industry!
