GE Capital offers floorplan financing to American SportWorks dealers

GE Capital’s Commercial Distribution Finance (CDF) business has announced that it will provide inventory financing to dealers carrying products manufactured by American SportWorks.

American SportWorks manufactures LANDmaster UTVs and Zircon, Marauder and Black Widow branded go-karts in Fort Wayne, Ind., and Roseland, La.

“We’re glad to establish this relationship with GE Capital’s CDF business because of its long history in the motorsports business,” said Kent Rice, president of American SportWorks. “Dealer financing is a cornerstone of our plans to expand our American-made utility vehicles business.”

With this inventory financing in place, American SportWorks plans to expand its dealer network, which currently includes 200 domestic dealerships.

“We’re pleased to have this opportunity to help American SportWorks grow its business,” said Sameer Gaur, president of CDF’s motorsports group. “We’ll be working closely with the company to develop financing programs that are right for its dealers.”
