2027 KTM 450 Rally Replica coming to U.S. dealers
KTM is bringing its factory-derived 450 Rally Replica to the United States for the first time, with the extremely limited-edition 2027 model scheduled to begin arriving at authorized KTM dealerships this fall.
Developed through KTM’s rally racing program, the 450 Rally Replica is designed as a competition-ready machine for rally racers and off-road riders seeking a motorcycle closely aligned with KTM’s Dakar Rally technology.
KTM says three different riders have won the Dakar Rally aboard KTM machinery since 2023, including Argentina’s Luciano Benavides, who claimed the overall victory in January 2026.
A 450cc fuel-injected SOHC engine with a six-speed transmission and rally-specific gearing powers the 450 Rally Replica. The chassis uses a hydro-formed, laser-cut and hand-welded frame, with WP XACT PRO suspension at both ends. A titanium Akrapovič exhaust, a Brembo hydraulic clutch, a PHDS system, and a SCOTTS steering damper are among the premium components.
A three-tank fuel system provides 9.11 gallons (34.5 liters) of capacity, while the carbon-fiber navigation tower is designed to accommodate digital roadbook equipment. The motorcycle also features rally-specific bodywork, wider footpegs, factory carbon components and LED lighting.
KTM says the 450 Rally Replica is developed, produced and assembled at the KTM Motorsports facility in Austria. The company describes it as a customer race model for experienced rally competitors and privateer racers.
