Gart Sutton gives dealers AIMExpo seminar first look (video)

Gart Sutton, founder and president of Gart Sutton & Associates, Inc., gives dealers a preview of one of his presentations at the 2017 Powersports DEALER Seminars @ AIMExpo in a video now on the Powersports Business YouTube channel. 

Sutton will present his session “25 Non-Negotiable Standards: How Dealers Achieve 10% Operating Profit,” on Thursday, September 21 from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. in the Leadership Plus Track. A second opportunity to hear his presentation will be Friday, September 22 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Sutton will also present, “5-Profit-Center Management: How to Divide  & Conquer Your Departments for Maximizing Profitability,” on Thursday, September 21 from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
