Interstate National Corp. names Mishler CEO
Interstate National Corporation, a portfolio company of Golden Gate Capital and umbrella corporation for Interstate National Dealer Services (INDS), RpmOne and National Warranty Corporation/Payment Insured Plan, Inc. (NWC), named insurance industry veteran Mark H. Mishler as CEO.
As CEO, Mishler will oversee Interstate’s executive team, manage Interstate’s long?term strategic initiatives as well as lead daily operations including underwriting, claims, finance, customer service and information technology functions to support Interstate’s financial and business objectives.
Mishler, a 29?year insurance industry leader, was most recently at the helm of The Warranty Group, Inc., as president, chief operating officer and board member, as well as president of Virginia Surety Insurance Company.
