Dealership’s president dies at the age of 50

John Patrick Beasley, president of Beasley’s Inc. in Ozark, Alabama, died Aug. 31 at age 50. Funeral services were held on Sunday, Sept. 3 at the First United Methodist Church of Ozark. 

Beasley was a past member of the Board of Directors of SouthTrust Bank, and was past president of the Ozark Area Chamber of Commerce and served on its Board of Directors for five years. 

Beasley’s Inc. was launched by John Beasley’s father Jerry Beasley in 1957 as a forestry and lawn and garden equipment company. The dealership now carries on- and off-road motorcycles, scooters, ATVs and side-by-sides from Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha.
