MV Agusta president and CEO Giovanni Castiglione confirmed that Polaris is in talks with MV Agusta about acquiring a majority share in the brand, according to CycleNews.
Castiglioni commented in an interview, “I can confirm that we’ve been in discussions with [Polaris] about some sort of partnership, just as with other companies interested in investing in the commercially successful premium brand that is MV Agusta.”
Castiglioni also mentioned that the two companies “absolutely have not” made any agreement, even in draft form, at the the present time.
