Cycle Country sells oil filter brand
Cycle Country Accessories Corp. announced it has sold the Perf-form brand to the original founder, Doug Koelfgen.
“Doug Koelfgen was the original founder from whom Cycle Country purchased the business in 2002, and we felt selling it back to him was and is the best move for our Perf-form customers,” said Tony Petersen, Cycle Country VP of sales. “Under the terms of the purchase agreement, he received all of the brand assets including the extensive finished goods and raw material inventories and all equipment, tooling and intellectual property necessary to operate. Mr. Koelfgen is going to operate Perf-form out of Spearfish, S.D., and, with his years of experience with these products, he expects to be in full production within 90 days. He has the knowledge and passion to continue expanding the product line to meet the expectations of the customers.”
