Handbuilt Motorcycle Show to celebrate 10 years in Austin

Revival Cycles, the Austin-based design house and custom motorcycle design-build community, has announced the return of the Handbuilt Motorcycle Show for its 10th year. The annual event showcases custom motorcycles as art and will coincide with MotoGP, Revival and BMW. The three-day event will be held April 12-15 in Austin, Texas.

“The Handbuilt Motorcycle Show was originally conceived as an excuse to get together with creative builders of all kinds from all over the world who inspired team Revival,” says Alan Stulberg, founder of Revival Cycles. “What it developed into over the years is an artistic display driven by a passion for design well beyond motorcycles that far exceeds our wildest expectations.”

Launched in 2014 by Revival Cycles to showcase the best in custom builds, design and culture, The Handbuilt Motorcycle Show is now one of the world’s most inclusive, family-friendly events showcasing art, music and culture of all types.

Attendees will experience over 100,000 square feet of curated show space, including over 150 handbuilt motorcycles, handbuilt cars and hot rods, and an interactive art gallery. This show attracts over 25,000 attendees of all ages and offers an exciting and rare opportunity to see custom builds, meet designers and experience art created by some of the most knowledgeable and skilled builders worldwide. The expo displays the beauty of what can be created by hand from welders to leather makers, engine gurus and metal tinkerers.

“The Handbuilt show represents the cutting edge of custom motorcycle building, where attendees get a peek at the next cool thing,” Roland Sands states. “It’s actually a challenge to pinpoint that new trend. There’s so much to be inspired by that it can be a bit overwhelming.”

Handbuilt Show planned activations include Ives Brothers Wall Of Death, Red Bull Stunt Rider Aaron Colton, artist Makoto Endo live-painting motorcycles with chopsticks, a vintage black light poster exhibition, a kid’s obstacle course (free for kids under 12) and more. There will be a VIP Supporter Lounge for special ticket holders and a merch area with limited-edition luxury goods curated for the show.

The Handbuilt Motorcycle Show 2024 is presented by Revival Cycles and sponsored by BMW Motorrad, Circuit of the Americas, American Metal Whiskey, Indian Motorcycles, Red Bull, Peak Design, Rambler, Revzilla, Go Power Sports, Liquid Death, Intelligentsia and SW-Motech.
