Rival Motorsports reveals new youth ATVs

Rival Motorsports has revealed two new youth ATV models. The MudHawk 6 and MudHawk 14 have both been developed to meet the unique needs of young riders. They are certified by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission for 6-year-old and older and 14-year-old and olderriders, respectively.

Both models have a throttle limiter screw so parents can further limit performance until their young rider is ready for more. And beyond that, the MudHawk 6 comes standard with a remote engine shutoff key fob, so the supervising adult can shut the ATV down up to 50 feet way, if they feel the need.

  1. It’s interesting to learn that there are these ATVs specifically designed to be ridden by the youth. Additionally, having a youth ATV has a throttle limiter would be significant to keeping the children safe. I’m actually thinking of a way on how to include our son and daughters in our ATV rides every now and then. I’m glad that I could try getting these for them with the reassurance of their safety. I’ll go have a look if I can get one of these online or at least as close to it.
