Maxima’s new SXS SYN 10W-50 is the latest addition to its side-by-side lubricants.

San Diego-based Maxima Racing Oils has introduced a new viscosity to its already comprehensive line of side-by-side-specific lubricants. Maxima now offers SXS SYN 10W-50, a 100 percent synthetic engine oil, to the side-by-side family of products. The 10W-50 will accompany the existing 0W-40 and 5W-50 viscosities to fulfill the requirements of the most modern side-by-side vehicles from Polaris, Can-Am, Yamaha, etc.

Maxima SXS Engine 100% Synthetic Oil is ester fortified, a 100 percent synthetic 4-stroke engine oil. The robust formulation lowers operating temperatures, increases power output and offers unsurpassed engine cleanliness through its proprietary additive system. It’s formulated with a unique balance of surface active anti-wear and extreme pressure additives with high quality synthetic base oils to ensure smooth, trouble-free operation for extended periods. Shear stable polymers resist mechanical breakdown of the engine oil to maintain consistent viscosity. It exceeds all OEM specifications. It meets API SL/SJ/ SH/SG and JASO MA2 standards.
