Yamaha, GE Capital team up at Laguna Seca

Yamaha and GE Capital are teaming up for an event at the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca.

Yamaha MotoGP riders Jorge Lorenzo, Ben Spies, Colin Edwards and Cal Crutchlow, plus Yamaha legends Eddie Lawson, Wayne Rainey and Kenny Roberts will meet their fans prior to the live music set on stage from 6-7p.m. on Saturday, July 23.

Official MotoGP commentators Nick Harris and Gavin Emmet will again join the riders for the question-and-answer session that was a major hit last year and fans will be encouraged to join in the fun with questions of their own.

“We are very excited about this year’s entertainment and again proud to be part of it,” GE Capital executive vice president Paul Puma said. “The fact that Yamaha riders will be up close and in person on the GE Financial Stage will make it an event not to be missed!”

Saturday night features a live performance by The Dirty Heads, who were named by Rolling Stone as one of the Top Bands of 2010.
