Ducati continues the evolution of the Panigale V4
Ducati has leveraged seven generations of racing experience to develop the 2027 Ducati Panigale V4 to make it even faster and more effective on the track.

Ducati has refined the engine, aerodynamics, chassis, and electronics, honing every aspect of the bike. The results: better track performance with an average lap time improvement of 0.4 seconds compared to the previous model.
Desmosedici Stradale engine
The new engine produces 209 horsepower and received modifications that improve airflow and reduce mechanical friction. The rev limiter was raised to 15,000 rpm in gears two through five,
For those seeking the ultimate track performance, the new Akrapovič Full Racing Exhaust PRO is also available; it adds 20hp and 5 ft-lb. of torque while simultaneously reducing the bike’s weight by 14.5 lb.
Chassis
The key chassis modifications focused on the front frame, where lateral stiffness was reduced by 12%, improving the bike’s ability to keep the tire in contact with the asphalt at high lean angles, enabling higher cornering speeds and earlier throttle opening when exiting a turn.
The wheelbase was also reduced by 8 mm, making it even quicker in changes of direction. The V4 S version also introduces new adjustable clip-on handlebars designed for track use. Raising them by 10 mm raises the riding position, following the trend seen in MotoGP development in recent years.
Electronics
The key new feature is Dynamic Engine Brake, which results in more predictable behavior upon corner entry and greater stability when braking at lean angles.
Alongside Dynamic Engine Brake, the new Race Brake Control debuts. The system increases the rear wheel’s contribution during deceleration, allowing for more effective grip. Working in tandem, Dynamic Engine Brake and Race Brake Control allow the rider to harness rear-wheel braking power typically reserved for professionals.
Availability
The 2027 Panigale V4 will be available in North American Ducati dealerships starting in February 2027, with an MSRP of $27,995, and the V4 S is priced at $35,995 in Ducati Red.
