Pandemic, Rally part of dealership’s 60th anniversary

With a rich history that includes dealership founder Don Rice repairing motorcycles in his garage while retaining employment as a plumber, Rice’s Rapid Motorsports in Rapid City, South Dakota, is celebrating 60 years in business in 2020.
