Arctic Cat recalls 2,700 Prowlers

Arctic Cat has recalled about 2,700 side-by-sides after it was determined that fuel can leak from the fuel fitting at the throttle body, posing a fire hazard, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

The recall involves model year 2014 Arctic Cat Prowler 500 HDX and model year 2015 Prowler 500 HDX models. The recalled vehicles include vehicle identification numbers from 303194 through 305166. No injuries or incidents have been reported pertaining to the recall.

Owners are advised to immediately stop using the recalled Prowlers and contact an Arctic Cat dealer to schedule a free repair. Arctic Cat is contacting its customers directly.
