Arctic Cat retains Spencer Stuart for CEO search

Arctic Cat Inc. (NASDAQ: ACAT) announced that it has retained executive search firm Spencer Stuart to assist the company with the recruitment of a new chief executive officer. Spencer Stuart will work closely with the search committee established by Arctic Cat’s board of directors.

“We look forward to finding the right candidate to lead the company and capitalize on the tremendous growth opportunities ahead,” said Christopher A. Twomey, board chair and interim CEO of Arctic Cat.

Once a new CEO is named, Twomey will remain as board chair and will stay closely involved to ensure a smooth leadership transition.
