UTI implements programs to enhance employee motivation
Universal Technical Institute (UTI) selected SuccessFactors’ Mid-Market Solution, a leader in on-demand performance and talent management solutions, for its 2,100 employees, stated a UTI press release.
The company will use SuccessFactors’ Performance Management and Total Goal Management modules to customize and enhance UTI’s employee focused initiatives.
“UTI’s executive team recognizes the important influence an effective talent management process can have on both the workplace environment as well as overall business success,” Tom Riggs, senior vice president of People Services at UTI, said in the release. “Over the past two years we’ve utilized Lominger, a SuccessFactors partner and provider of the Leadership Architect suite, as the backbone for our interview, performance management and succession planning efforts. After evaluating SuccessFactors, it was evident that their technology solution would help take our effectiveness to new heights.
