KTM AG posts fifth consecutive record year for unit sales, revenue
Mattighofen, Austria-based KTM AG has reported a fifth consecutive year of sales growth for its KTM and Husqvarna brands combined in 2015, with sales exceeded 1 billion euro ($1.09 billion) for the first time.
Unit sales were 180,801, a 14 percent increase from 2014.
Revenue was 1.02 billion euro ($1.093 billion), an 18 percent increase from 2014.
EBIT was 95 million euro ($103.6 million), a 26 percent increase.
Investments in Mattighofen and Munderfing were 110 million euro ($120 million), a 30 percent increase.
Employee count sits at a record 2,515, an increase of 372 (338 in Austria) from 2014.
The executive board of KTM AG said it expects further increases in revenue and sales in 2016.
