NHTSA probes Can-Am Spyder fires

The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is investigating reports of two separate fires in Can-Am Spyders, the Associated Press reported.

One of the two fires occurred to a police motorcycle in Morgantown, W.Va., while the other was reported in the Mojave Desert area in California. The probe is looking into 52,000 Spyders from the 2008-14 model years.
