Harley-Davidson dealership to offer Backstage Pass to Service

St. Paul Harley-Davidson in Minnesota will host its “Backstage Pass to SPHD Service” from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on Jan. 5.

The SPHD Service Department will provide a rare, behind-the-scenes look into their world. Customers can wander around the service department and visit with technicians in the service bays. The dealership’s service department has been redesigned to provide a quick, easy and comfortable environment.

Free tacos will be available from Rusty Taco.

Other highlights of the event:

Ask a Tech. Service technicians will be available in the service bays to answer your questions. Or just eavesdrop on someone else’s question.

View In-Progress Customization Work. View some of the customization works in progress.

View Showcase Machines. Check out the latest bikes designed by the dealership’s motorcycle sales and P&A departments, and created by its master technicians.

Meet & Greet with Leading Industry Product Experts. Get to know Jeff Lemon, Phil Gork and Sam Hacker, service advisors at SPHD; Jeremy Gilbert, sales manager at S&S Cycles, Inc.; Tim Horvath, technical support specialist, Kuryakyn; Pat Cunningham, service operations area rep, Harley-Davidson Motor Co. Inc.; and Tracy Hilgers, TJ Design owner and artist.
