New dealership moving into former senior center location: report
The building previously used as Middletown Senior Center is undergoing a remodel project to accommodate a new BMW dealership in Middletown, Ohio.
The new owner, Mike Allen, is hoping that the project will receive an extended deadline for a tax abatement and a Small Business Economic Development Grant because of some delays in transferring the property ownership as well as additional structural changes needed in the building.
The project began in early 2018. If the deadline is extended, the completion date will be set for December 31, 2019.
