ADP’s fourth quarter earnings rise
ADP reported positive earnings for its fourth quarter, which ended June 30. The company saw its net income reach $233.5 million, up from $194.7 million during the same period in 2007, according to Reuters.
Income from continuing operations also increased to $226 million from $193.8 million in the fourth quarter last year.
Fiscal 2009 looks promising for ADP, as CFO Christopher Reidy told Reuters that the company should increase revenue because slowing economic growth often encourages companies to outsource their payroll processing to save money.
