ADP’s Dealer Services revenue increases
Automatic Data Processing Inc. reported 14 percent revenue growth for its third fiscal quarter, which ended March 31. The company got a boost from its Dealer Services division, which reported 8 percent growth for the quarter.
The increase was 6 percent internal, excluding the affect of acquisitions, ADP reported. Revenue growth was driven by strong sales in the company’s North American market, as well as internationally.
Dealer Services’ pretax margin improved because of cost synergies attained in the international business from the integration of Kerridge Computer Company Ltd. as well as restructuring charges in last year’s third quarter relating to the Kerridge acquisition.
