Harley-Davidson dealerships recognized for sales performance, customer service

Three Harley-Davidson dealerships have been recognized by The Motor Company for motorcycle and related product sales performance, customer service and satisfaction and operational measures.

Neil Noble, general manager and partner of Texas Harley-Davidson, reports that two dealerships from Adam Smith's Calculated Risk Group have been honored by Harley-Davidson. Roughneck Harley-Davidson has earned a Gold Bar & Shield award, and Harley-Davidson of Waco received a Silver Bar & Shield.

The House of Harley-Davidson of Anchorage, Alaska, announced it has earned the Bronze Bar & Shield Circle of Recognition Award for 2016. Bronze Bar & Shield award recipients consistently elevate the brand by providing their customers with exceptional and authentic Harley-Davidson experiences.

Mike Kennedy, vice president and managing director for the United States, Harley-Davidson, said: "We’re proud to present this high honor to Dia Matteson in recognition of the outstanding work being done at the House of Harley-Davidson. Dealers like Matteson are a big reason why Harley-Davidson is one of the most respected and recognized brands in the world and why we enjoy having the loyalty and commitment of our riders."

This is the second time the House of Harley-Davidson has earned the Bronze Bar & Shield award.

Editor’s note: The Motor Co. does not make the list of Bar & Shield winners public, so dealers are encouraged to send a note to PSB editor in chief Dave McMahon at dmcmahon@powersportsbusiness.com to help spread the good news about their dealership’s success.
