KYMCO Teams with Consumer Research Solutions

KYMCO USA teamed with Consumer Research Solutions, Inc. (CRS) to provide visitors to www.KYMCOUSA.com with the ability to compare KYMCO models, side-by-side and feature-by-feature, against competitive models in the marketplace.
CRS, Westminster, Mass., provides competitive analysis tools for manufacturers, industry professionals, dealers and consumers through data and software designed to cover motorcycles, scooters, utility vehicles, ATVs, personal watercraft and snowmobiles.
The comparison solution, now available on www.KYMCOUSA.com, is powered by CRS’ objective third party data. Users can choose to compare the KYMCO model of their choice with any two competitors and will be presented with a comprehensive side-by-side report detailing specifications, features, prices, and warranty information. Additionally, KYMCO model advantages are highlighted in the comparison report, allowing users to quickly identify the highlights that the KYMCO model has over the chosen competitor models.
“This will help showcase the KYMCO brand and will enable consumers to see how well KYMCO stacks up to other models they may be considering.” said CRS Vice President of Sales Andrea Desilets. “CRS’ objective data allows the consumer to get informed before making their buying decisions and to see for themselves how the KYMCO brand compares to other scooter, ATV, and motorcycle manufacturers without having to leave the KYMCO USA website.”
The deal with CRS is part of KYMCO’s current strategy to grow its brand recognition in the United States.
“I think we’ve done a pretty good job of growing our dealer brand awareness, and so now we’ll also be focusing on consumer brand awareness and consumer information,” KYMCO USA President and CEO Eric Bondy told Powersports Business during a previous interview.
“Now consumers will see how our products stack up to our competition early in their decision-making process,” said Bruce Ramsey, vice president of Sales and Marketing, KYMCO USA.
