KYMCO: 578,500 Units in 2006

Kwang Yang Motor Co. Ltd., (KYMCO) plans revenue of $722 million in 2006. The company, based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, expects to retail 578,500 units this year, up from 552,000 units in 2005. Revenue was $680 million in 2005.
Kwang Yang President Son-Chien Wang said the company’s 2006 sales plan is to retail approximately 293,500 units in Taiwan and 285,000 units in the 74 countries in which KYMCO is sold.
