PSB back on the road after 14-month hiatus; groundbreaking on tap

After being placed on a travel hold for more than 14 months since the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, the powersports industry officially returns to business via air travel this week.

Powersports Business will make the trek from Minnesota today to check out the groundbreaking ceremony for the new National Powersport Auctions (NPA) facility in Lakeland, Florida. NPA’s newest location will sit on 47-acre lot and feature a 14,000 square-foot facility.

The current location, however, will also get the spotlight, with dealers joining NPA on Wednesday to learn more about pre-owned best practices, NPA’s condition reports and more.

Tony Altieri, NPA’s Vice President of Business Development, provided Powersports Business readers with an update on the pre-owned market earlier this month during a webinar titled “Everything Your Dealership Needs to Know About Pre-Owned Inventory for 2021 and Beyond.”
