Positive Jan.-Oct. retail results for dealers: Lightspeed data

The latest data from CDK Global Recreation shows that dealerships that use the Lightspeed DMS on average have had a strong start to the first 10 months of 2019.

Overall revenue growth on average at Lightspeed dealerships from January through October exceeded 6 percent. All regions — detailed in each edition of PSB on the map in the Finance section — have experienced growth.

From unit sales to helmets and apparel, dealers will be aiming to continue an overall positive retail year on average into the final months of the calendar.

The South region has been the big winner, with revenue from new and pre-owned unit sales, parts and service up 9.7 percent. The Midwest (7.3 percent revenue growth) and Northeast (7.2 percent revenue growth) also showed impressive gains.
