Brick-and-mortar retail expert Jill Nickels makes her AIMExpo debut after garnering rave reviews during her seminars during the outdoor retail industry’s trade show. Her presentation in the Sales & Marketing Track sponsored by Torque Group is titled “ROI to ROE — Identifying Factors of a Great Retail Experience and Measuring the Impact.” Her sessions are Friday, Sept. 27, 2019, from 8:30 a.m to 9:30 a.m., and again from 2:20 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
