St. Paul Harley-Davidson puts spotlight on service department

St. Paul Harley-Davidson service manager Brent Godwin reports that the Minnesota dealership’s service department will host its annual Backstage Pass to Service on Jan. 5. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with store hours 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Those in attendance get full access to the service department and can visit service techs in their bays. Questions and bike chatter are encouraged. Free food and $1 beer will be served by Wild Boar from 11 a.m. until gone.

Customers are encouraged to gather ideas and schedule personal bike project consultations. On display will be new Harley-Davidson products and accessories; diagnostic equipment and test procedures; polish, paint protectants and film installation; performance options and tuning tools; maintenance equipment and techniques; and current jobs and customization work-in-progress.

Industry pros from Drag Specialties, Khrome Werks, Kuryakyn, Mustang, Paint Protection Film, Sena and X-Treme Paint will be at the event.
